Why this, why now
Moving value globally is easier than it used to be. Settling it locally still is not.
Gyvar is building the layer between Bitcoin, stablecoins and local payment systems. That means getting bank payouts, mobile money, risk controls, pricing, reconciliation and the user experience around them right.
The product is early, the problems are real, and there is a lot worth building.
How we work
- Own the outcome
- Take responsibility from problem to result. Ship, learn from how people use what you build, and improve it.
- Build for the markets we serve
- Local details matter. We care about how payments actually work in each market, not just whether an integration technically exists.
- Move fast, handle money carefully
- We iterate quickly on product, but anything involving customer funds deserves extra scrutiny. Reliability and speed have to coexist.
- Low ego, high trust
- Have strong opinions, challenge ideas openly, and change your mind when the evidence does.
Future opportunities
We are not hiring for specific roles right now, but we are interested in meeting engineers, designers, operators and growth people who care about payments, financial infrastructure and emerging markets.
When roles open, we will publish the scope, engagement type and compensation clearly.
