Help build the rails for borderless money.
Gyvar settles Bitcoin and stablecoin payments into local money, so paying someone in another country stops being the hard part. If that problem pulls at you, we should talk.
Why this, why now
Money already moves across borders in seconds. What still does not work is the last mile: turning that into funds a fundraiser can spend in Accra, Lagos, or Nairobi. We are building that last mile first, starting with the builders and communities who feel the gap most. It is early, the surface area is wide, and the work is real.
How we work
Own the outcome
Take responsibility for meaningful work from problem to outcome. Ship it, talk to the people using it, and use what you learn to improve it.
Africa-first, global-minded
We build for the corridors most platforms skip. That means getting the details of local banks and mobile money right, not just the happy path.
Fast on product, slow on money
We move quickly on the surface and deliberately on anything that touches funds. Careful is not the opposite of fast here; it is the job.
Low ego, high trust
Strong opinions, held loosely. We argue the idea, decide together, and back each other once we do.
Future opportunities
We are not advertising specific positions right now, but we are always interested in meeting engineers, designers, operators, and growth specialists who care about this problem. As opportunities become available, we will publish the role, engagement type, and compensation clearly. Tell us what you would want to build and why this problem matters to you.
Register your interestEmail hello@gyvar.com with a short note, where you are based, and anything you have built that you are proud of. Registering your interest is not a job offer or a guarantee of future work.
